The construction of a 60m pedestrian and cycle bridge spanning from the side of the Caravan Park (opposite Dundonald Ice Bowl) to the Comber Greenway path.

The main works will include the following summarized construction activities whilst on site: Cordoning off work area and implementation of suitable traffic management systems Removal of approximately 1800m² trees / vegetation in a safe and phased manner. Removal works to include recommendations contained within Ecology Report / Survey (to be issued once undertaken by Client).

Construction of new piled foundations Construction of structural supports as per structural design. Construction of pre-fabricated bridge structure as per design methodology Installation of new handrails with associated LED Lighting Installation of safety railings and bollards at end of bridge as required.
